Council apologises after solicitor trapped for an hour

COUNCIL chiefs have apologised after a lawyer was trapped in a council car park lift for so long that he gave up on being rescued and forced his way out.

An amateur photographer is set to lobby his local MP after camera club members were banned from taking photos which include children at the Winter Wonderland fair in Hyde Park.

In the email customer service manager Kate Hofstetter said all photographers, including students and camera clubs, must be ‘accredited and briefed’, in the interests of visitor safety. Unclean Ampang Jaya eateries shut

AMPANG JAYA: No matter how delicious the food is at your favourite eatery, if the environment is unclean, stay away from the outlet.

This advice came from the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) environmental health officer Ghazali Ab Wahab who shut down three dirty eateries at Kg Tasek Permai yesterday.

“If you are health conscious, don’t patronise dirty outlets even if they provide your favourite meals,” he said.
